I had a issue with product swing zuzu . After ive purchased this item and using it ive wanted to pass down to my youger sister who was pregnant also.. but with in three month product had a problem already... Like other review, it has digital problem and not moving with in three month using it. It had a racking sound.i was very concered about this product so.first. i had to chat with Rahul. He understand product problem and he was immideatly communicate with theire team members and warrenty replaced this product. He responded me fast and solve the problem right away . I am very happy they cared customer. You can&rsquo;t even hear it going, even at the highest setting which is nice for a short cat nap for our little one.(supervised of course)She loves the music and the attached &ldquo;friends&rdquo; that came along with the swing. As a first time mom, sometimes you feel like nothing is working when you&rsquo;ve got a fussy baby, but when I put her down she instantly calms down. She seems very comfortable in it. I love the way it looks and that it takes up very little space in our living room. The remote is a really nice bonus! The only thing I wish was different is the netting on the canopy. I wish it zipped off or just wasn't there.
