Our new Curbside Pickup service
To help customers get the products they need R team is offering Curbside Pickup for orders placed online. Orders are prepared “same day”, and in most cases are ready within just a few hours. No waiting on couriers or delivery!
Placing a Curbside Pickup order: Step 1
Browse the website as you normally would. "Free Store Pickup " means "Curbside Pickup" or "In Store Pickup". When you find a product you would like to purchase, select a nearby store that has the product in-stock. Make sure you select a store before adding the product to your cart. If you don’t see a store with your product in-stock, click “CHANGE STORE”.
Placing Curbside Pickup Order: Step 2
Enter your postal code or click "Use my current location . Select the radius you’re willing to travel. Click FIND STORE. Select a store that has the product in-stock and click SELECT STORE. Click FREE STORE PICKUP.
Placing Curbside Pickup Order: Step 3
Review your order. You do have to choose a specific store for each item you want to pick up. And before you complete your purchase, make sure all stores selected are the same (unless you are planning to pick up at two different stores).
Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
Placing a Curbside Pickup Order: Step 4
Wait for your pickup confirmation email. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a pickup confirmation email. This is a second email after the order confirmation email. Please wait until you receive the pickup confirmation email before coming to the store. Bring a print out copy of the email, or have the email on your phone for reference.
Picking up your order Step 1:
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification to go to the store for pick up. Look for the designated curbside pick-up parking space when you arrive. Be sure to clear space in your trunk for your purchase (or lower the back seat for larger items).
Picking up your order Step 2:
You can remain in your car and call the number provided to let the store know you’ve arrived. Have your ID/Confirmation ready for verification when the team member arrives at your car. Please keep your windows closed- we want to make sure we’re maintaining social distancing! – the team can verify your order through a closed window.
Picking up your order Step 3:
Once your order is loaded up, you’ll get the all clear from the team member that you’re all set to go!
