It locks on and doesn't leak. Easy for toddler to carry and drink from it. Love the weight in the bottom. Easy to clean and it comes with the Straw cleaning flexible brush. We already had the smaller version of this with handles, so the 10oz is a nice upgrade. It doesn't leak if you get the lid on right and the weighted straw works great. The lid can be a beast to get on the track the right way and avoid leaks. This one is easier than the smaller one we have, and the snap sound is a good confirmation, but it is so frustrating when you have a thirsty kid and you have to try again with the lid for 3 or 4 times. The pop up straw is nice and makes the whole cup leakproof to go in a bag. He can easily hold it in his hands and he enjoys drinking from it. I love that it has a lid that slides over the straw and so far it seems to actually be leak free. It&rsquo;s easy to clean in the dishwasher and was easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the packaging had no instructions on it, only a QR code, which is kind of annoying. The straw is nice and soft for little gums, but honestly, cleaning it can be a bit of a pain, even with the brush they include. He throws things and it&rsquo;s definitely fallen a lot, but it hasn&rsquo;t leaked yet. The weight at the bottom is super heavy. I&rsquo;m not really sure what that is for and he has to bite on the straw to get any water up I think that&rsquo;s to help with having it not leak though so I appreciate that.
