<span itemprop="description">I received the Baby Brezza Formula Pro as a gift and started using it for my newborn baby. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working after only 4 days. Since it was a gift, I don’t have a receipt, but our baby is just 5 days old and we were depending on it.
I contacted support, but they said the warranty had expired based on the manufacture date, even though we had barely used the product. Very disappointing experience for a new parent.</span>
