<span itemprop="description">This chair looked the most comfy of all the chairs we saw and our little one really likes it. The fact that you can also fold it flat and take it anywhere you want is also a plus.
I just wish I had read the reviews online before we bought it. Whoever designed those straps should be fired!!!! Our little one started to twist and then in the chair. We'd like to put the straps on, but we can't adjust them to the highest slot. I broke one of straps ends yesterday trying to get it through the clip, then put a ton a ton of gorilla glue on it, hoping it will hold. Still didn't manage to get the other one out though. What a useless design!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Overall it's pretty good, our little one likes being in it on the lowest laid back setting for now. The straps are an absolute pain to adjust though.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Nothing for me was broken. It rocked nicely. I could have baby in there when he was sleeping and awake with the different settings. When he got older the hanging toys were a perfect distance and I was able to put his own hanging toys to add some more play time for him. Volume was great. I just took off one star because I couldn't figure out how to adjust the straps for when he got bigger but I just avoided strapping in his shoulder and just strapped him in by his waist. Also the release button was easy to push plus the cover over it had baby with no clue that the button was there. I recommend</span>

<span itemprop="name">Vibration motor broke after one week</span>
<span itemprop="description">I received this chair off my registry. I liked its neutral tones and simple mobile. We got ONE WEEK of casual use out of this chair before the vibrating motor broke.
Also, the only position I have ever been able to put the baby in is the lowest setting (closest to laying down). My little one is 3 months old now and if I try to put her on any other setting, the chair is off balance and leans all the way forward - it won’t rock.
The straps are awful. They have never fit my baby.
This chair doesn’t get used because it’s simply not practical.
I would not recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My wife and I bought this for our newborn and he sits awkwardly in it. We had to modify it so his head was sitting somewhat properly. The mobile is horrible. Shakes every which way when seat is being rocked.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I don’t normally write reviews but this product was infuriating. You have to buy batteries for the bouncer that costs $12 and when you use the vibration feature it totally eats up the battery and you need to buy new ones within the week! Was NOT worth the amount we paid.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Purchased this for my newborn because the design and features were very appealing, but this chair doesn't seem to be designed for newborns.
When rocking the seat, the mobile bounces insanely to the point that it's ineffective and i removed it.
In order for my newborn to sit comfortably and stay in there for more than 1 minute, i had to take the headrest and flip it upside-down to better support him.
I probably would have given this a higher rating if my baby were older.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This seat was great and then our son grew out of it - at 7 weeks! Supposed to be able to use up to 30 lbs well he is 14 lbs but his torso is too long because the straps don’t adjust! He screams when we put him in because it’s too tight. Sadly we will have to buy something else now and I can say it won’t be ingenuity. Pretty disappointed that babies r us is even selling this product.</span>
