It's bends, moves and goes however I want it. It supports my neck, my legs, my arms. It gives me something to hold and makes me feel like someone is holding me. I'm comfortable in any position. I'm somewhat petite at 5&quot;4 and it was just too tall for me. I wasn't able to get it under my back and stomach for support. Also it made me way too warm and I have a whole summer ahead! Getting up to go to the bathroom was annoying bc you had to maneuver the huge thing out of the way and that took so much energy at 2am. My mother gifted this to me around 22wks and it has been a life saver! I sleep so well with it and hardly toss and turn (which I was previously). The cover is easily removable for machine washing. Some people have said it is too bulky to store; I find if I wrap it around itself to form a stacked circle it sits nicely in the corner of our room when not being used and does not take up a lot of space. My husband even tries to take it from me it is to comfortable! Highly recommended for any mom-to-be, even if she does not think she needs one. This pillow is quite large. It is for your whole body. Get the Jersey cover for this, its much softer and easier to remove and put back on than the basic white slip cover. I was skeptical about pregnancy pillows and thought I would make due with regular pillows. At 7 months pregnant my hip pain was unbearable and I finally gave in and bought the Snoogle.
