We were tired of moving the car seat back and forth between vehicles so decided to get a second seat. I can already tell you - I love this seat. Not only does it fit better in our vehicles, it's easier to get our son in and out of this seat as well! I will be purchasing a second Alpha Next Gen as soon as it goes on sale again as we have a second baby on the way :) Installing was easy - you need to make sure you pull the fabric up on the side that has the tightening strap - pull the strap through the hole in the seat so you can pull straight up instead of from the side, and make sure you put your weight in the seat as you pull. After you have it hooked in - you want to pull up the fabric on the side where the tightener is - you will see there is a hole where you can pull the strap up straight, instead of having to pull from the side. Once you have it through the hole, you then want to put as much of your weight as you can on the seat - and pull up at the same time. I got mine super snug.
