This extended use convertible car seat keeps your infant safe in the rear-facing position from 5 to 40 pounds and includes a removable body pillow to give a smaller baby a snug fit. It can also be used in the forward-facing position for children 22-65 pounds. In both rear and forward-facing positions, the QuickFit harness system adjusts both headrest and harness from the front, without having to un-install the seat. There's no need to rethread the harness straps. When your child is ready, remove the harness to easily convert the Alpha Next Gen to a belt-positioning booster for big kids up to 100 pounds.
