<span itemprop="description">I tried to get a refund but was refused because the employee said that we opened the box. How are we supposed to inspect the toy without opening the box? Their refusal for a return is also illegal as we are protected under the Consumer Protection Act and the Sale of Goods Act. We went into the physical store for the return but we were denied. Buyer beware.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We got this as a gift and our little one loves to play and put the pieces together in different ways. My only complaint, and this is probably just me as an adult as my child doesn't know better, is that the airplane wings are the same. This means that when they are put on opposite sides of a block, one faces the wrong way, meaning the plane won't actually "fly". Not sure if this was intentional or not, but something to think about.
