When I went on line to purchase the part, I noticed that 4 of the legs that brace the jumper was missing. When I called for replacement parts, they told me they only kept parts for one year as a courtesy to the customer. I find it strange that a company would not have replacement parts longer and available to other people. I needed the seat pad as well. Now I don't know what to do with this as I want my great-grand child to be safe in it. He&rsquo;s now 8 months and was jumping the other day and if I wasn&rsquo;t sitting right next to him I wouldn&rsquo;t have believed anyone telling me, but I saw it for my own eyes. He was pulling on the sun feature and the whole thing snapped off. How can an 8 month old break anything?!? This product is perfect. My little was small so I didn&rsquo;t think he would be able to stand up in the entertainer. However the product is adjustable on all sides and therefore I was able to adjust the back or front so that he is standing properly. I also really like how the seat is not stationary because my little has a lot of energy and prefers freedom to move as much as possible. He also likes to touch everything and try to put everything in his mouth. So being able to touch all of the items on the entertainer keep him engaged for a long time.
