The car seat is heavy and the seatbelt keeps blocking. I lost a bolt from the front wheel of the stroller and couldn&rsquo;t find the same anywhere. Customer service can&rsquo;t just sent me a new bolt, I have to purchase the whole wheel for 31$US. This is ridiculously bad service and really inconvenient. Their customer service is above and beyond. I purchased a jogging travel system from babies r us back in 2016 when I was expecting my first child. My husband and I had struggled to conceive for 3 years before expecting our first child and unfortunately we lost our first son in birth at 39 weeks. It then took us another 5 years and 7 losses (plus multiple rounds of iui and IVF) to conceive our second son. When we were getting ready for our second child to arrive, we checked the expiry date on our car seat only to discover that it would expire a month before our son was due. I contacted babies r us and told them our situation to ask if they had a trade in program (like I know some places in the states have) or anything so we could possibly get a new car seat at a discounted rate because our travel system had never even had the chance to be used - it still had all the tags on it. Their customer service went above and beyond that. They asked us for pictures of our travel system and told us that they value family above all else and gave us a whole new travel system similar to the one we originally had for free while allowing us to keep our old one (which we use for walks around the neighborhood). It was more than we could ever imagine. I recommend babies r us to everyone I talk to now and would glafly give them my business before all else. This travel system is fantastic. We've even taken it with us to the lake and it was so smooth on the terrain during our walks.
