It's much too small to hold modern phones (maybe an older iPhone), and the speakers are HORRIBLE. I get better sound quality just playing music directly from my phone. * The parent cup holders will hold a fast food cup or a bottle, but it doesn't fit my water bottle or much of anything else. We currently use them for keys or a mask. * The brakes are difficult to engage, and they're constantly disengaging again. On numerous occasions, while on a bus, the stroller has moved despite the brakes being on properly. * We can't even fold it up. We struggle to fold and unfold it even with two hands. It usually takes two people to do either action, so we don't even bother folding it at all because it's too much of an inconvenience to deal with. * The car seat base is a pain to install, because you have to tighten it, click it in, and then unclick it to re-tighten or loosen it. Repeat until you have it as immobile as you can.The straps are a pain to tighten and loosen, even for my husband or my Stepdad. * The car seat itself is also frustrating to use. The level indicator is never level even if the car seat is installed properly. The car seat is heavy, and the handles definitely AREN'T ergonomic to carry; they're so awkward and uncomfortable. Don't even get me started on the 5-point harness. Just thinking about having to adjust the straps gives me a headache. Honestly, the basket underneath, and the large canopies on the car seat and stroller are the only good things about this travel system. Save your money, and invest in a Graco or something instead. I am new to the baby name brands and there are many brands to choose from. After a ton of research it was down to this and another travel system. I decided to order this one and I was surprised when it arrived. The carseat is much nicer than expected. The speakers are not loud but I doubt Ill use that feature. I like the large basket and the tires. Its high enough my 6 foot hubby can push it.
