Website says up to age 4. My Baby was able to tip it over at age 9 months, by pushing and leaning on the netting. I heard a bang, ran upstairs to find him crawling out of his temporary room. Contacted babymoov, they immediately admitted it had been redesigned, and sent me a new unit. When it arrived, it looked identical to the first one. It was used the first time at Daycare, his caregiver saw it tipping out of the corner of her eye, and ran over to catch it. They refuse to accept it now. I will have to purchase another brand. I am having a hard time getting a follow up response from toyrus. I&rsquo;ve been waiting since November 26th for a response to my last email. They initially said it&rsquo;s a manufacturing defect, and refused to refund. No response from babymoov on a refund. This unit is super easy to use and very light. It is fantastic for a small baby who can&rsquo;t sit up. I wouldn&rsquo;t trust it beyond that. As baby usually stands up to push on the netting, they fall face first when it tips. We got this for our daughter who is almost six months old, and took it on a weekend trip to my parents house, and it was absolutely perfect. The playpen is easy to assemble and fold back up for travel, and it also comes with a really comfortable memory foam mattress. It works perfectly for both playing in and sleeping in, and our daughter loves it. The design is sleak as well and we really like the way it looks. It even has directions on the inside of the carrying case just in case you should forget the Manuel. It is super lightweight carrying and set up. The sides are breathable and part fine mesh for the baby to be able to see out of. It is really nice and I am impressed with the quality of it. Its lightweight and comes with a strapped bag so it was easy to carry around. The mattress padding is soft and my 6 month old had plenty of room to move around. I liked that it had a zipper on the bottom so I could open it up if I wanted to. I can have this play yard set up or packed away in minutes. Not only is set up and take down a breeze but it is so light and compact when packed away. It is no heavier than packing a camping chair and the way that you pack it is kind of like a camping chair as it has a strap on the bag you pack it in. You can just sling it over your shoulder and pack it to where you need to go. We recently had to stay in a hotel for a few days while traveling and it barely took up any space in the car and fit perfectly in between the two queen beds in our room. When we needed to move it, it was easy to do so. Even with all of that going for it I think my absolute favorite part is that it has a thick memory foam sleeping pad. With our old travel play yard I would have to pack and layer blankets on the bottom for my child to have a softer sleep surface.
