<span itemprop="name">New purchase. Slides poor quality</span>
<span itemprop="description">Dresser is well built. Slides are cheap and weak. New purchase and two slides are almost not useable. Very sloppy and one is obviously bent. Need a set of slides. Perhaps you need a better supplier.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have been using this dresser for less than a month and it's already broken. Middle drawer stopped opening and closing; both sides of the drawer came off the tracks and with no way to remove the drawers, it couldn't be fixed like normal furniture.
If you have it delivered be aware that the dresser comes pre-built, in 1 piece; The delivery is 'Curbside Only' & the drivers are extremely inconsiderate... The driver knocked on my door once, my son answered and told him to wait for me because I was in the bathroom. The driver did not wait and unloaded the dresser and crib box infront of my garage door, In The Rain! By the time I got to the door he was back in his truck about to leave.
Me, 35 weeks pregnant, ran to the side of the truck to stop him from pulling away, scolding him for how unprofessional he was and made him put the load in my garage as I had no way of moving the load for several hours (it was delivered mid-day).
When the dresser was unboxed all of the drawers were extremely stiff and did not open or close with ease. The drawers are also extremely sensitive and need to be pulled out very straight; using both handles to open the drawers is a must.
I would not recommend this dresser and would rather direct people to another business, you may need to build it yourself but, you'd be able to fix it if there was a flaw and work with a company with extremely better customer service and integrity.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Unfortunately the quality is not great. The dresser came already put together and the drawers are not removable. The tracks on the top drawer arrived bent and now the top drawer doesn't work properly. Guess you get what you pay for</span>
