I like it because post pregnancy it takes a couple days for things to start going back to normal so your stomach is just jello. This helped hold everything in place until my body really started recovering. Also, completely noticeable under clothes but really, you're recovering from having a baby. It's not that big a deal.</span>

Hello Joeanne, We recommend that you measure any time after your 8th month for the most accurate sizing. Here are some tips to properly measure your belly: In the 8th month or After Delivery: Measure your belly at its widest point, usually at the belly button. In the sizing calculator, select your week of pregnancy and belly measurement. The calculator will generate a recommended size. Just Prior to Delivery: Measure your belly at its widest point, usually at the belly button. Subtract 3-5 inches from the measurement.
