Easily folds down for breastfeeding. I would say it runs true to size, however I underestimated how I had grown throughout pregnancy and wish I would have measured ahead of just ordering, it's just a little snug around the ribs - but the material has just enough give that it is still such a comfy and supporting bra. I got a different style bra that did not fit and their return procedure was super simple, so if you end up with the wrong size - fear not.
