You can use it one handed no problem. The size guide recommended a medium but based on reviews and the fact that I bought this before giving birth/before my milk came in, I bought a large. It fits perfectly. I have lost some weight since so a medium would probably fit now but I’m happy with the size I got!</span>

I wish they would make the extended cup sizes in more colours than black and nude…. . I also wish they would make the non nursing version of this bra in extended upsizing!!!!!!!</span>

While this is the most comfortable maternity bra I've owned, I cannot ignore the loose thread collection that has been piling up & I've only washed this bra twice & hung to dry in the past 30 days of owning it. First there was one loose thread unraveling right at a seam, then two, & now three. I don't know whether to ignore them or exchange the bra as maybe I got a faulty one? For a bra at this price point there should be no loose threads as I'm genuinely wondering how long this thing is gonna hold up.</span>
