The baby powder came opened and now only 3 quarters filled and I can’t even order replacements because now I don’t get free shipping or the $25 off. So dissatisfied! This is my first baby and thought your site was more reliable. I also wish the baby welcome packages could be shipped to you as I’m trying to avoid stores.</span>
