It will either suck so tight I cannot separate it to refill or leaks mist around base if I do not push it down with pressure. The plastic is of lesser quality compared to the gallon humidifier I bought a few years ago. I currently have this humidifier set up in a corner in our game room and it works great. My kids love the smell of the vapor pads. It makes breathing so much easier, especially since we spend alot of time in the room. And so quiet you forget it&rsquo;s on. The half gallon tank size is compact and runs all night without any problem. The 360 degree nozzle allows me to place the mist flow wherever I want it and that is great. I&rsquo;m a huge fan of aromatherapy so the vapor pad is perfect for me.
