A manual breast pump does not require power and is great to have to help relieve pressure when your milk comes in, use if baby sleeps through a feeding, or take with you for an extended date night. To help keep you comfortable, multiple flange sizes (24.5mm & 30.5mm) are included with your pump. The flange is the part of the pump you place against your breast. A proper flange fit is important - it not only gives you a comfortable, more gentle pumping experience, but also equates to more milk. If the flange does not fit properly, you may experience discomfort and/or a decrease in your milk expression. The pivoting pump handle will also help you pump comfortably. The handle is easy to hold in either hand and rotates to allow for multiple pumping positions. To pump, simply start with a fast, short pumping motion to help stimulate your first milk release (letdown). As milk starts to flow, transition into a slower, longer pumping motion. <span itemprop="description">The price is low but this product fiability and productivity is also low. After 2 weeks or so, the handle twisted and the succion became harder. It started to hurt the nipplea also. After a month, the handle cracked and I had to buy a new one ( not the same product).</span>

<span itemprop="description">I’ve used this product twice and it’s already broken and completely unusable. The suction is completely gone and the handle no longer pulls back on its own after squeezing to create suction. The nipple that comes with the set doesn’t even fit the cap and the bottle doesn’t seal when you try twisting it on. I even reached out to customer support and they never responded. Seems like they know it’s a cheaply made and it’s just a money grab. Won’t be buying evenflo again.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this pump knowing I wouldn't use it often as my plan was to exclusively breastfeed. So I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something I was only going to use for emergencies or that,just in case, moment. My LO is only 2 months and I've used the pump 5 times and it's already broken. I'm not sure how something like this could break but it doesn't have that pull anymore to express milk. Also, the nipples that come with the bottle don't even fit and the nipple is folded inside the fastener part. Why provide nipples that don't even work for the bottle. With my last child I used Medela brand and that worked well for me and I went with this because it was a cheaper option. I guess you get what you pay for .</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love evenflo brand strollers and car seats but they lack in the pump department. First day the bottles warped before even using after 5 minutes of boiling and stiring like the manual says. 2nd say I attempted to use the pump and the handle snapped. Customer service was amazing but the fact that they were willing to send me 2 extra handles means they know their product is cheap. I denied the extra handles because I'm already a frustrated new first time mom and I don't want to deal with this pump anymore. It is great for large breast with low milk supply and the suction is strong but I have nothing to compare it to but it got me about 60 ML total for 20 minutes of pumping so 30ml per breast. The handle is so THIN and flimsy I have to readjust it atleast 16 times per breast while pumping. I'd pay an extra $10 for them to make the handle stronger and not one that pops off every 4 seconds. The accessories and bag are cute and great for the price but what's the point if the pump breaks on you ....</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this pump based on fantastic reviews and it has been endlessly frustrating. Unfortunately, after just a few pumps, the diaphragm and diaphragm cap, along with the device's handle, pop off every time. Because of this, I've been unable to pump any more than an ounce on every try. Because it's a breast pump, it is un-returnable, which means it is sadly destined for the garbage.</span>
