<span itemprop="description">J’ai acheté cet article sans me rendre compte de la galère dans laquelle je m’embarquais. Le mécanisme s’est brisé au bout de 6 mois (nous devons refermer le couvercle à la main et régulièrement réemboiter la partie du haut). Les recharges reviennent à une fortune sur le moyen terme, sans compter le plastique supplémentaire qui va avec chacune. Et cerise sur le gâteau, si un des parents à tendance à trop bourrer la poubelle, c’est un bourbier sans nom pour changer le sac (bonjour les doigts dans les couches souillées). Mes deux belles-sœurs aussi ont dû se débarrasser des leurs!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Due to the item already cracked internally and its been 6 months since purchased i would not recommend. The customet service from Diaper Genie was no help as they advised they will not be replacing it. I wouldnt recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Doesn't matter how many times you fix it. It has same problem with spring and pedal. Worst product as i fix every second day. Cheap quality spring and plastic. I didn't get a diaper genie website to tag them with video and photos to fix that over rated product.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have purchased multiple diaper genies for my three children over the years and was always happy with them. This new model is so incredibly bad. It doesn’t close, it’s super awkward to change, doesn’t hold half of what the older versions did, and doesn’t allow the diapers to easily fall through the shute. Rather, you literally have to push the diaper down and in the process, end up touching the sides of the dirty bag. Super yucky experience all around. It looked cute so I purchased it but recently when I tried to reach out to Playtex, their answer when I sought a refund or return was to disassemble the unit and put it back together myself. That is not what a mother of a newborn wants to do. Save yourself the trouble. This is just awful.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Absolute garbage. One piece broke after two weeks, but it was still holding so I thought there was no big deal. Few day later the top part started to fall off I could fix it so then again I thought no big deal. Then it the same part started to fall off not and more often. I had to assemble almost the entire pail every two day so I started to use the garbage for the diapers, I was so fed up of the genie. Finally my baby wasn’t even 6 months old another piece broke, now every time I change the expensive bags a whole part fall off. On top of it the knife that cuts the bags is not sharp anymore and is pretty useless, so I have to bring scissors every time. Basically every two day (the thing fill ups quite fast) I have to assemble the pail and and get the scissors.</span>

<span itemprop="name">Love it but the lid broke</span>
<span itemprop="description">I love my diaper genie. It contains smell generally well especially when used with the Arm & Hammer pods although the pod holder doesn’t stay in place too well. But after a year and a half of using it, the lid broke on the top. It won’t stay attached or pop open now when pressing down on the foot pedal. Disappointed that it can’t withstand regular everyday use. I can’t find a replacement lid anywhere and I don’t want to buy a whole new diaper genie when there’s nothing wrong with the rest of it.</span>
