<span itemprop="description">This manual pump has been far better than the one I received in the hospital! It is easy and comfortable to use. The soft, silicone shield is much preferred to the hard plastic ones. I have used it to relieve fullness when I don’t want to set up (and then clean) all the parts for my electric pump. It’s very effective. My baby will only take Dr. Brown’s bottles, so the fact that I can directly pump into their bottle and then feed is an added bonus, but would be easy to transition into any bottle or bag for storage. Love it and will certainly be recommending to friends!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am very pleased with my Dr. Brown’s manual breast pump. Of course, manual pumping is more tedious than using a double electric, but this manual pump is more easy to use and effective than a different manual pump I’ve tried. It is very easy to switch between letdown & expression mode, there is a simple tab that hooks onto a knob and is really simple to pull and place from one mode to the next. I also really care for the silicone material of the flange and found this pump to be as comfortable as a pump could get. I don’t use manual pumps for a long time, just for quick relief between nursing or electric pumping sessions, but I do notice a good amount of output (about 1.5 ounces) in the 10min I use this pump for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a manual pump.</span>

Thank you for your inquiry. The Dr. Brown's Manual Breast Pump is designed to use with the Dr. Brown's wide neck options+ bottle. The medela bottles would not be compatible.
