<span itemprop="description">The milkspa is great! It's easy to use has settings you can switch from room temperature, fridge, and freezer. The only thing the room temperature setting heats the milk up a little to warm for my liking, but you can change the time so I just knock off a couple of minutes. It's great you can customize the time that works for you and your baby. And when you turn it back on to use again it saves the last setting you did so less buttons to push. It also comes with two caps to put on your Dr.Brown bottle to heat up which is fantastic, comes with the wide neck and orginal bottle size.I love it, i previously used the tommee tippie warmer and this Dr.Browns milkspa runs circles around it. I can't express how much I love this product! You can't go wrong with it. I have used it for a little over a week now and it has made my life a little bit easier and you can sterilize in it also! Pretty cool I'd say!</span>

Fir a freezer bottle they both were lit the faster but if the bottle is thaw out this one takes 4 mins and 30 seconds and the other ones takes 3 mins. Other then that it warms up a bottle great! My grandma loves using it because it's faster then the water or microwave when she watching my daughter. Other then that ita a great bottle warmer</span>

The level of difficulty to open the unit for refilling water is insane and not to mention they really should have a window so you can see when the water level is low, rather than finding out midway through when the bottle isn't warming!!! Additionally, even when the water IS filled all the way, the inconsistency in warming is SO FRUSTRATING... especially at 3 in the morning with a crying baby. If you're deciding between a couple of bottle warmers, go with the other one. This isn't it!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Got this warmer for our second baby. Our first warmer was very simple, just measure out water and let it do its thing. But the appeal to this warmer was all of the presets and capabilities would make it easier than measuring out amounts of water that equaled a certain time to warm a certain amount of milk. First time I used it, was very impressed, the bottle was the perfect temp. Couldn’t have been more excited. Then I quickly realized this thing is crazy inconsistent. I warm up breastmilk from the fridge, so the bottle going in is always a consistent temperature. With that variable being constant, I will sometimes get bottles that are still cold, sometimes too hot. It doesn’t correlate with the water amount in the chamber because I change that out every couple of bottles. As a dad, I can’t instantly feed an unhappy baby. I don’t mind waiting the almost 7 minutes it takes for 5oz. but if it’s still cold after that time, it just further frustrates both me and a now very unhappy baby. Honestly for the amount of money this costs, I don’t recommend it at all, you’re better off with another warmer or alternative methods of warming.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I’m baffled by all the people complaining that this thing is slow. It being slow is entirely the point.
It warms up breast milk slowly in accordance with the CDC/USDA’s recommendation on how to preserve the highest level of nutrients. You know how fast that is? It’s not fast. It’s slow.
If you care more about your convenience than your baby’s nutrition, go get one of the thousands of other options that focus on fast. Dr. Brown even makes some!</span>

<span itemprop="description">On the first attempt to use the machine, I received the Err H20 message, so, in accordance with the instructions, I double checked the water level, and topped up a tiny bit to just above the fill line (previously, it was exactly in line with the fill line). On the next attempt, no error was shown, however, boiling water overflowed from the top each time the machine heated up during the warming cycle. At the end, I checked the temperature of the breast milk, and it was 65 degrees C (149 degrees F), well above the recommended serving temperature and the temperature where nutrition is destroyed in breast milk. The bottle was even too hot to touch. I had to throw way the breast milk and warm new breast milk (not using the Milk SPA). For reference, I did follow the directions exactly and correctly selected a glass bottle, milk from the fridge, 90 ml of milk and confirmed the resulting time with the time shown in the instruction manual for these options. The bottle used was a Dr. Brown's Options+ Anti-Colic 150 ml glass bottle.</span>
