Unfortunately even when changing them multiple times a day, they still leak through my bra and clothing right before and while nursing. I've even doubled them up and leaked through both. These are not worth it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was leaking like crazy, and tried several disposable and washable breast pads. These are the most absorbent. That makes them a little thick, so you can see them through your clothes if you are wearing a thin bra. The fibers can stick to your nipples some (more at the beginning), but I would take that for the absorbency any day!</span>

<span itemprop="description">These were good to use during the day when I'm breastfeeding. I like the fact that I don't have to contribute to landfills. On the other hand, overnight use is not suggested. LO does not nurse at night for 8-12 hours, and these did not seem to absorb the leakage. Also, the milk just went through the pad instead of absorbing it. I compare it to stuffing your bra with a thin circular washcloth. Overall, I still use them during the day, but use the disposables at night. I still feel better about reducing waste. :)</span>
