<span itemprop="description">Mine didn’t lock into place (the 1-6 indicator on the bottom of car seat), kept slipping out of position when driving. Tried everything to get it to lock, but even when out of the car it rocked back and forth freely. Contacted Evenflo weeks ago and still waiting on replacement car seat. Not a Toys R Us issue, but definitely not impressed by Evenflo’s customer service. When I contacted them it took quite a few days for a response, and when they did respond and I answered any questions they had, it took 48 hours for a follow up from them afterward. After a week of waiting for a confirmation email about the new car seat, I sent a follow up email regarding the location of the new one and that’s when they finally sent a confirmation. Now it’s been almost a week and the tracking number at fedex still only shows “label created” and no shipment. Figured they’d have a replacement sent right away as it is definitely a safety issue. I’ve been without a car seat now for the past 3 weeks. Just beware of Evenflo customer service when buying an expensive product like this!</span>
