<span itemprop="description">I bought this bc of the great reviews and safety features. However, my child can now unbuckle the chest clip. It’s a very easy one touch button that any child could unclip. I had to buy another chest clip to attach to it. Also, I can’t figure out how to loosen the latch system… I read 75 pages of user manuals and googled but it is mentioned nowhere!</span>
