Thanks to the Stellar Testing Panel, I was offered this seat to try. I have an infant and 3 year old, so I was able to test out this seat in nearly every position. My infant is very comfortable in the rear facing position, and my toddler fit well in both the rear facing and forward facing positions. They were always happy, and I have never had any concerns about safety. My husband installed the seat easily with no concerns. It was no more difficult to install than other common brands. This seat actually uses a ratchet type system, which he said helped the install go a bit faster. My favorite part about this seat is that I will never have to buy a new one. Since this is a convertible seat, it will convert even to a booster seat when my kiddo is ready. It is so convenient to just have one seat and not have to worry about constantly buying new ones over the years. Overall, I am very happy! This car seat is beautiful. It is so simple to install. The ratchet system makes it easy and secure. I love that you can&rsquo;t mess it up. This car seat is everything you and baby will ever need. It takes you from infant to child and every step in between. I like that I have installed it once and I am good forever. I just adjust it and take pieces off to convert it to suit my family&rsquo;s needs. My favorite feature is the sensor safe technology. You hear horror stories of people forgetting babies in cars and you think, how could they? I wondered that, too, before I had one. You are exhausted all the time. And busier than ever. With this technology, you don&rsquo;t have to worry about losing you mind or your baby. It will send you warnings to ensure your baby is safe and where they should be, out of the car. The car seat looks great, feels great and has some amazing features. I love the 10yr usability of this car seat due to the ability to pull out the seat to be used as a booster. It also comes with SensorSafe in the chest clip which I was skeptical about but now look forward to the day every car seat comes with this as it could save a child&rsquo;s life, for example if a child is left in a car seat in the car. Unfortunately, I also noticed that my 2yr old who is unable to unclip a normal chest clip on our other car seats was able to easily able to unclip the SensorSafe clip. I do love the Easyclick Latch with ratchet for getting the car seat nice and tight during installation. The ratchet system was incredibly easy to use and took almost no effort at all to get tight. Compare this to other car seats I have installed where I have to physically get on top of the car seat and use my 200lb body weight to push down on the car seat while pulling the strap tight. This is however where my love for the car seat stops and major concerns arise. After installing the car seat I was checking it was secure and noticed that with a little effort I could force the seat from the tilted #1 position all the way to #3. I have never had a car seat that did not securely stay in the correct position and can only imagine what would happen in a car accident. My favorite feature is the easy Installation. It is as simple as clipping in and using an easy ratchet system to tighten it. In all the other car seats I&rsquo;ve used I&rsquo;ve had to sit in the seat and wiggle while trying to safely tighten the , usually ending up frustrated and sweaty. This seat however tightened so fast and easy! I used the sensor safe app a few times and it is nice how it sends you messages for any activity, but found that I didn&rsquo;t really need the alerts as my daughter is 4, but I would have used when she was an infant as that would be more important to me then. I love how this one seat can transition from baby, toddler, and big kid- makes so much sense to have one seat. It is safe and Durable. We have previously used a Graco 4in1 model but wanted to check out our options for other models. We had been looking at this particular model and were very excited when it arrived. It was very easy to install, we have a Subaru Forester so it&rsquo;s spacious in the back seat. It&rsquo;s roughly the same size as the Gracie model we have which fit well in my sedan previously. I love the snacking tray/cup holder available with it. Our toddler quickly wanted to use it. I feel very comfortable with the extra headrest/inserts that can be removed to help the child grow with the car seat. The only thing I found difficult at first was buckling the car seat but after the first few times it became easier. With a current toddler that becoming more independent and trying to undo/redo buckles I am switching her over to this car seat to have the alerts from the app. It seems easy to navigate and set up. She loved it so much when we just unboxed it I couldn&rsquo;t get her out of it. The All4One DLX Kingsley 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat is a great car seat and in some areas ahead of its competitors. Below are my Pros and Cons to this seat. We have a very active 2 year old and put this seat to the test. Pros: -The ease and convenience of installing this car seat was amazing! We absolutely LOVED the ratchet system. So much better than pulling and tugging to make sure the seat is in secure. I was 8 months pregnant and installing this seat and did it so easily with the ratchet system. Just clip the buckles into the car and then all you have to do is push on the ratchet system until it is in place. You don&rsquo;t need to have brut strength to accomplish this. - The SensorSafe Technology was very easy to download and install and walks you through set up quite quickly. I love that it alerts you when you walk away from your car and the child is still buckled inside(my husband was waiting in the car with our toddler while I went into a restaurant to check us in for dinner). When the car is too cold or too hot, it alerts you just to look into the matter and if that clip becomes even a tad bit unclipped, you get an alert immediately to your phone with a loud voice announcing the clip is undone. -Also having the longevity of the car seat last for 10 years is so nice. We can even use this for our newborn if we wanted because it can hold infants as small as 4 lbs! There is so much padding to make sure she is comfy and safe and yet so much room for my 2 year old to have it as his car seat to where he is still safe but not as squished in the seat! And now to the honest dislikes of this seat&hellip;. Cons: -The clip for the SensorSafe technology is too easy to unclip. I can barely push down with my pinky finger and it comes undone. My 2 year old is only 24 lbs and he has never tried once to unclip another seat but once he realized he could, the clip is being undone constantly in the car. The technology is letting us know which is great&hellip;but the clip needs to be a bit more difficult to unclip for safety concerns. - The car seat is rather bulky. This isn&rsquo;t a huge concern but if you need a seat that can fit in a smaller car or have multiple seats, this may not be the seat for you. All in all, this seat is a great car seat but with one concern being a safety concern, I am giving it 4 Stars. But this in no way affects my review. I received this carseat about a week and half ago and used it for my 4.5 year old. This carseat seems like a great value for anyone that wants to have a carseat that should last until their child is done needing a booster. It is very easy to adjust to the right incline and height and is simple to get your kid in and out. Besides being able to grow with your kid the best part about this carseat is the SensorSafe Clip. It is nice to know if your child &quot;accidentally&quot; unclips or if you leave them in the car by mistake, I haven't luckily. The app also is really simple and doesn't have any extra features that are not needed. That being said you do have to leave the app running on your phone to get alerts and this may drain your battery a little faster. There are however a couple of things that I just didn't like. First is that I didn't really feel like I was able to get it totally secured to the car when only using the seat belt. There was just too much play for my liking. Even with putting my whole body weight on it. Since I have a 4.5 year old I didn't use the latch and ratchet system, but I think that would have may it a lot more secure. Second is that the seat just seems a little flimsy to me. The back and headrest just seem to flex a lot. Not saying that it's not safe but just seems like it could be better. I was able to try out some incredible features of the Evenflo All4One DLX Kingsley 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat. The car seat was extremely easy to install due to the EasyClick LATCH system with the ratchet system. I was able to attach the car seat within 5 minutes and easily crank the EasyClick ratchet system to tighten the car seat to ensure it was secure. Being a mom to a two year old and a new infant, time isn&rsquo;t something I always have available; therefore, easy and quick is definitely a plus in my book. Safety is most important for me when looking for a car seat and second is how easy it is to install. A car seat isn&rsquo;t safe if it&rsquo;s not installed correctly; therefore, having the Evenflo ALL4One Car Seat really made it so easy to install and also gave me the peace of mind that my child is safe and secure in my vehicle. One of the features I was really excited to try out was the Sensorsafe tech and app this car seat provided. The SensorSafe tech is part of the chest clip on the car seat. It is made to instantly alert your phone when unsafe conditions are present such as the chest clip is unbuckled, surrounding temperatures are dangerous, the child is left alone in the car, or that the child has been sitting in the car for about two hours and that it&rsquo;s time for a break. So far the app is very easy to install and set-up on an Android device. The app is very accurate. It instantly alerted me when the chest clip was clipped in and I walked away from the vehicle. The displayed the temperature inside the car in the back. We haven&rsquo;t tested to see how accurate the temperature reading was. The only thing I didn&rsquo;t like about the app is that the notification for the child chest clip is always on display on my phone.. It will always display whether the child is &ldquo;connected&rdquo; (buckled) or &ldquo;not connected&rdquo; (unbuckled) . It never goes away unless I force close the app. Also, to use the app, location services always have to be on and the app suggested that you turn off battery saver mode for notifications to efficiently work. Other than that, I&rsquo;m pretty impressed with the app. The Evenflo ALL4One Car Seat has a wide weight ( 4 -120 lbs) and height (17 - 57 inches) limit with a 10 year expiration date. This allows for your child to grow with this car seat. The car seat converts into a booster for when your child is older as well so you definitely can use it for the full 10 years until it&rsquo;s expired. One of the specs I loved is that the car seat is GREENGUARD Gold Certified. I always try to get things for my child that are chemical-free or at least low chemical emission and it makes me happy that I can truly trust that this car seat is made with quality and safety in mind. Furthermore, the seat covers are easily removable so I could wash it if it gets soiled. We all know that car seats will get dirty at some point in time. My two year old daughter was extremely excited to sit in the Evenflo ALL4One Car Seat because she liked the cup and snack holders the car seat has. Her current one doesn&rsquo;t have easy to reach cup holders. The snack tray attachment is neat because it has a slot for the snack cup and a small extension for her to put little snacks that she takes out of the snack cup. Once she sat in the car seat, it was so easy to adjust her headrest. All I had to do was press the lever on top and quickly adjust it. The only thing I didn&rsquo;t like about the car seat was the strap holder slits on the side of the seat that is used to hold the buckles out of the way when you put your child in the seat doesn&rsquo;t hold the buckle straps very well. The buckle kept slipping off the slit and falling back into the seat so you have to constantly move the straps out of the way while putting your child in the car seat. In conclusion, the Evenflo ALL4One Car Seat is very innovative and it&rsquo;s convertible features with a long expiration date allows for it to grow with your child without having you buy another car booster seat in the future. The app is useful to have, but it&rsquo;s not essential. What I love most is the easy installation and the EasyClick ratchet makes it easy to safely tighten the car seat properly. The only negative is that the car seat is more bulky than other car seats we&rsquo;ve tried and that the buckle straps don&rsquo;t really sit in the side slits so it gets in the way when you try to put your child in the car. This really brings me peace of mind since I can&rsquo;t watch my child the whole time when I am driving. I also like how the cover is removable and machine washable because we know kids are messy! This car seat is also a great value since it can be used rear facing, forward facing, as a high-back booster and a no-back booster. The fact that it grows with my child is a plus because it means that I only have to purchase one car seat for the next 10 years. This saves me a lot of money in the long run and makes this car seat versatile and worth the initial investment. While I love the easy installation, SensorSafe feature, removable cover, and the fact that it grows with my child, I did have some concerns with the car seat, which is why I did not rate it 5 stars. First off, the sides of the car seat seem flimsier and not as sturdy as my current car seat. This worries me a little bit in case it doesn&rsquo;t hold up during an accident. Also, the chest clip button is fairly easy to unlatch and I worry my daughter will be able to unlatch it soon. Although the SensorSafe app will alert me if it&rsquo;s unlatched, I still don&rsquo;t like the idea of my daughter being able to unlatch it herself. The carseat looks great. Our 4 year old has been using this seat. Whenever he uses his older siblings carseat he tends to try to undo the safety strap. This carseat is perfect to deal with that issue. After downloading the sensorsafe app &amp; selecting the carseat type it immediately connected to my car's Bluetooth. My little one tried to undo it right away and was quite surprised when the car announced he had unclipped it. On early mornings if the car isn't warmed up it gives an announcement that the ambient temperature is too low. The messages are announced through the cars Bluetooth and messages through the app on my phone. The ratchet tightening system for the carseat was new to us so it took a minute to get used to it, but it is easier to tighten compared to the other carseats that have the standard clip in. Overall the carseat looks comfortable and our kids were comfortable in it. I am absolutely going to recommend this carseat to my friends who are expecting littles soon. As a mom of 3, I have been through many car seats along the way and this one ranks highly among the ones I have used. One of the reasons is the longevity of this seat which is 10+ years. This is a huge cost saver in the long run and I love that my littlest one can grow into it, and I don&rsquo;t have to research yet another seat when she gets bigger. I have a 9 year old, 7 year old, and an 18 month old. I used this car seat for my 18 month old as rear facing. She was very comfortable in it and felt secure. Installing it was a breeze. Both my husband and I were able to install it easily upon trying on the first attempt. The car seat comes with many different features and is very versatile. Because of how long this car seat lasts, you are all set with a rear facing seat, forward facing, high back booster, to no back booster. If I really needed to, I could use the no back booster and high back booster for my older two which is great. Perhaps one of my favorite features is the &ldquo;EasyClick&trade; LATCH system&rdquo; that ratchets to make the seat super tight and secure. I have had issues before feeling uncomfortable about the car seats we have used that seem to still wobble a little when installed, but this didn&rsquo;t do that for us. As a mom that is concerned about chemicals and sticks with all natural choices, the fact that this was GreenGuard Gold Certified was of huge importance! I felt much more at ease knowing this product has this certification. Another perk of this seat is the SensorSafe feature that you can link to an app that alerts you if your child unbuckles or the temperature is unsafe. Although I love this idea and concept, I honestly didn&rsquo;t find this to be my favorite feature. If you are someone who loves the added technology, this is something you would appreciate. Here are the following most important pros and cons I found from our use: PROS: Very versatile! This could be the only car seat you would ever need for your child and converts 4 different ways. Super comfortable and soft! Ratchet system is great and install was east. The two cup holders are a dream! GreenGuard certified is a huge bonus. CONS: This car seat would not fit into our sedan having three kids/seats as it was just too big. That is our secondary car. However, this fit our &ldquo;family&rdquo; car that we use most often with the kids which is a minivan without an issue. This is where we will use this seat. In addition, the level indicator is only on the right side of this car seat. Although a small nuisance, we had this on the left side of our car, so had to walk around the other side just to verify if it was level. A lot of car seats now have this indicator on both sides. Overall, this is a great car seat that I am happy to have and that my daughter is comfortable in. To be honest, when I took it out of the box, it looked a bit bulky and I was a little unsure if I would like it. But everything else about this seat is amazing! Firstly, this car seat will last with your kid forever! It is a booster and car seat in one. It can be used rear facing, forward facing, tilted backwards, upright, as a high back booster, and as a low back booster. Investing in this seat means you never have to buy one again! Secondly, installing this car seat is a breeze! Usually you have to put a lot of pressure and it&rsquo;s hard work making sure the seat is in tightly. This seat has a ratchet which you just turn until it&rsquo;s as tight as it can go. It is fast and the instructions are really simple. Thirdly, it comes with so many padding options to add comfort for your child. There are two parts of the headset, shoulder pads, padding around the bottom buckle, and lining inserts. These items can be used or taken out if your kid doesn&rsquo;t need them. The cup holders can also be taken out as needed. Last but not least, the safety sensor and app that goes with this car seat are amazing! It is very simple to set up with Bluetooth. You can have multiple family members connected as well. It checks the temperature to make sure your child is safe and alerts you if you leave the car with your child inside. It really provides me with peace of mind. When I first unpacked the seat, my 5 year old and my 2 year old both fought over who got to sit in it first. It clearly looks comfortable. My first impressions were of smart looking features. The cup holders with a removable (and washable) snack tray is a nice convenience. Easy headrest adjustment/no rethread harness is practically a must for us. The booster lower belt guides also act as nice harness strap holders for getting in and out of the seat. And the pocket in the seat, behind the cushion for storing the manual is a great idea for those of us who forget where we've put things like that in the house. The manual is daunting, but it has to be for all the information it covers for 4 stages of seat use. After watching some install videos, I first installed rear facing with LATCH. The easyclick install was not as easy to push onto the car seat&rsquo;s LATCH anchors as the video made it seem. The connectors are pretty large and took some maneuvering to get the correct angle for the connection to click. But the ratcheting tightener was very convenient. I do think it could be easy to over tighten. I noticed my seat starting to lean as I kept tightening. If I pushed down on the opposite side of the seat, I was able to keep it flat. Unhooking the LATCH install is super easy with loops to pull and spooling on the ratchet side to easily get slack. Rear facing seat belt installation was fairly simple, as well. When it came time to change to forward facing, I encountered the biggest frustration. The crotch buckle needs to be moved to the next slot. To do so, the bottom portion of the seat that becomes the booster must be removed completely. This is especially challenging to do in the confines of a back seat. Getting the booster part back on securely can also be a challenge. To get the best fit in our 2019 Pacifica, we had to install forward facing in the third row middle seat and remove the car's head rest. Installing forward facing with LATCH and seat belt were about as easy as rear facing installs. I will say the harness seems to take a lot of effort to fully tighten. It was even stiff to tighten with the seat empty. My children aren't ready for the booster modes yet. As my children are on the petite side, I don't have any concerns about them outgrowing the seat limits before they're able to make use of either mode. The other special feature of the seat is the SensorSafe chest clip and corresponding app. Downloading the app through QR code and setting it up went really quickly. I was a bit worried about accidentally force quitting the app on my iPhone and losing the connection. The sensor is quite sensitive. Just going the distance to return a cart a few parking spaces away at the grocery store triggered an alert. The chest clip is very easy to open, so alerts for an open chest clip are crucial. I would like if the app had Apple Car Play functionality. I will likely miss alerts if they're just on my phone. TL;DR: This is a comfortable car seat that is generally easy to install and likely to last a long time. I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to attach the cup holders to the seat as well. The carseat is easy to install and looks snug and secure in my SUV. My son said it was nice and comfy while riding around in it. I really like the Sensorsafe clip and app. It gives me extra peace of mind and it is easy to use. Having this extra feature is nice and it really doesn't add much to the cost of the carseat when you compare prices with other top brands. It can start being used with a newborn and transitions between rear facing, forward facing and booster stages. If I&rsquo;m completely honest, the install was a giant pain the neck and I was unable to achieve a safe installation. I even utilized Parentlink, the free resource that Evenflo provides for you to have a zoom call with a car seat safety specialist. But, even after meeting with her, we were unable to achieve an installation where the recline would stay in the &ldquo;safe&rdquo; range. There was a large amount of movement, and because I couldn&rsquo;t get the seat to be safely installed, we have not been able to actually use it. I am waiting for her to get back to me so we can try to resolve the recline issue. I urge everyone who has this seat to utilize the Parentlink resource to make sure you are correctly installing the seat and that it is safe for your child! The LATCH system with the ratchet is nice because you can use until your child is 40lbs, and that part is fairly easy. We have only installed the seat rear-facing so we haven&rsquo;t utilized any of the other functions. The SensorSafe technology is a nice concept, I like that it will keep me updated if I accidentally forget to latch the chest clip, if my toddler happened to get it unbuckled or if we are in to car too long. The app is fairly easy to use, but also very easy to just silence the notifications. My favorite feature is that the car seat has the potential for many years of use, but first I need to be sure I can get it installed safely. You can tell this seat was made with the customer in mind. It has all the bells and whistles any anxious parent could want and some. I found it to be easy enough to install using the manual, with a few small fixable hiccups. It took me a minute to figure out how to unhook the latches for rear facing (pull the red tabs), but that was likely user error. I LOVED the ratchet system for securing the seat tightly. I'm usually bracing myself, foot on the seat, yanking on the tightening mechanism like I'm hoisting up a large piece of equipment, to get the latches to secure. This was absolutely heavenly and so easy to use. My one suggestion is that you make sure the latch to the bottom dongle is secured and you hear a click, otherwise it isn't actually secured. I messed around with the seat to adjust belts and features and found that it was easy to adjust to each level of use as your child grows. I have an Odyssey and it easily fit in the middle seat of the front row, with a car seat next to it. It is a little wider than others I've used, but it didn't make it impossible to fit them all together for those that have more than one in a car seat. The Bluetooth chest harness feature is great. Don't pair it with the app until you are ready though because it will chirp at you as your kids play with the buckles. You can choose which things you would like to be notified about, like temperature danger, harness unlocked, etc. I found it especially helpful that it has a break reminder, so you know when to let your kiddo out and run around on a road trip. I'm especially excited to try this out in the summer and actually know when the car seat is too hot before placing my child inside. My 1 year old loves the cupholders and doesn't mind sitting in the car seat (he's picky!). The ratchet system to anchor the carseat in place makes it so much easier to make sure it's secure in your car! I usually struggle getting them tight enough and always worry that I didn't do a good enough job. But this makes it so simple and safe. Not to mention the easy pull tabs on the anchors to release them. It's also super nice that it lasts so long and grows with your kid. No worrying about having to get a new carseat everytime they grow out of one. The app is also a great feature. I've always dealt with anxiety of my child undoing his buckle; but having the app to tell me the temp of the car and if the carseat is buckled is so neat! My kid is the type to undo his chest clip while driving so having the app notify me the second it happens is such a good safety feature. He knows I get alerted now and hears it go off when he does it and he has slowly stopped messing with it as much. The only thing I would change about the app is I wish there was a way to turn it off when you're at home. I don't like having the location and Bluetooth running on my phone at all times. And having a notification always on my phone about the carseat gets kind of annoying. That's my only complaint. It took me a little while to figure out the transition from rear facing to forward facing as it was different from other car seats I&rsquo;ve used in the past, mainly because of the detachable booster but the instructions were very helpful. I really like the added safety feature if the sensor safe bluetooth system. Set up on the app is easy and it alerts you for more than just being unclipped. It also allows you to set up other users to receive alerts after several minutes which is great. I will definitely use this especially if other people are using the seat with my child. The tech and the app will help my husband, and I do our parts in making sure we keep our kids safe. I like the various cushion options and the fact that this item will last for some time. I will say that the ratchet system was a little tricky at first, but I got it to work after playing with it. I like the adjustable headset as I can adjust it to each child. The Evenflo 4-in-1 carseat is a fantastic carseat that will grow with your child. I love that it works for all ages. I also appreciate the sensor-safe buckle. It alerts you when the buckle gets unbuckled, when my phone gets too far away from the seat, and when the Temperature in the car gets too hot or too cold. I appreciate all of those features but I can see how it could get annoying after a while. For example, living in Florida, the ambient Temperature is almost always too high. My only complaint about this carseat was that it is difficult to install. The latch system runs under the carseat and it is difficult to get it into the right position while you are in the car. It also took me a while to figure out how the latch system and ratchet worked. This carseat comes with lots of padding and body pillows. I recommend taking those out depending on the size of your child. This car seat is the easiest car seat I have ever installed. We own one that definitely weighs more and a lot harder to get the anchors tight. I have also used many car seats when babysitting my nieces(also hard to install). The anchor is easily click to the anchors in the car then you can tighten the straps with the ratchet so easy and it gets it nice and tight really quick. Then when you need to move it you just pull this red loop and it lets go of the anchors. Love it! This seat is also really durable feeling and the cushions feel thick especially the bottom. I feel at ease knowing that my little one is comfortable and safe for long rides. My 18 month old is 20 lbs and fits very comfortably in this chair with room to grow while rear facing. I&rsquo;m including some pictures. Also, I have a small Elantra and it fits great. I don&rsquo;t really see myself using the click connect app much. Only because I&rsquo;m usually in such a rush I don&rsquo;t look at my phone when getting going in the car. Pros: This car seat was a little intimidating to install to begin with due to all of the fancy features, turned out to be the easiest install I&rsquo;ve ever experienced. I&rsquo;m a mom of 4, almost 5, I&rsquo;ve installed a lot of car seats and tried out multiple brands to see which one was safest, easiest to install and with comfort in mind for my baby/child. As far as the install, the best part is the EasyClick&trade; LATCH system, WOW!!! It&rsquo;s always such a struggle to get the latch system tight enough, this made it so easy that I was able to do it without my husbands help afterwards. The padding in the car seat is very plush and soft, not a thin material where the child will feel the back of the seat or be left with red marks from the seat. Another great feature is the headrest, it allows you to move it to 12 different positions without the hassle of having to take the car seat out and move the harness every time your child grows, I&rsquo;ve always dreaded this part! I love how long I&rsquo;ll be able to use this seat, saving a lot of money on additional boosters and HBB. The SensorSafe is such an amazing tool to have as well when you have a toddler who likes to unbuckle himself while riding in the car. You&rsquo;ll get an alert on your phone, it can even send an alert to other family members. It lets you know if it&rsquo;s too hot, if the child has been buckled more than 2 hours. The list goes on and on with how wonderful this seat is! Cons: The only con I&rsquo;ve noticed about the seat is the button to loosen the straps is hard to press when rear facing since it&rsquo;s so close to the back side of the seat. Not bad enough though to not use or recommend this seat. Overall I am SO HAPPY with this car seat and would recommend this seat to anyone, 5 out of 5 stars!!! I was excited to try out this car seat when it was offered through the Stellar Product testing panel. I wanted my turn to try my hand at installation!&nbsp; The good: Quality: this car seat seems to be of great quality. The fabrics feel nice and the car seat feels really sturdy. There isn&rsquo;t anything that feels cheap. Many of the fabric panels are easily removable for cleaning, which I think is huge! Safety: The safety features on this seat are a huge plus for our family. The side impact technology, GREENGUARD gold certification, and the sensor safe technology all give our family a little extra piece of mind.&nbsp; Anchor system: This is my favorite feature of this car seat. My wife has always noted how hard it is to get car seats installed tightly. Installation was an ease thanks to the ratchet system. We won&rsquo;t be going back to car seats without it! This makes transferring the car seat between cars very easy. Longevity: I like that we won&rsquo;t have to keep buying car seat after car seat both because it means fewer to end up in a landfill and because we won&rsquo;t have to keep spending hundreds of dollars on them. This seat can even turn into a backless booster! Drink/snack cup: All of our car seats have had drink holders, but this is the first car seat that we&rsquo;ve ever had that had a place for a drink and a snack (or a small toy). The not so good:&nbsp; Set up: I found the instructions to be a bit confusing. I had to flip back and forth between pages for different adjustments and was a bit confused by the different installations for the forward facing mode (based on weight and if the anchors could be used). I&rsquo;ve heard the statistics of how often car seats are installed incorrectly and I&rsquo;m not surprised after trying to follow the instructions. My wife assured me that it seems to be industry-wide. Be prepared with time and patience when you set up the seat, change modes, or put this seat into different cars. Now that I understand how the manual works, I do think it will be easier next time.&nbsp; Sensorsafe/app: I loved the idea of the Sensorsafe buckle and the app, especially after we had a few episodes with my son unbuckling himself in another seat. But, I was disappointed. The app, or the buckle, seemed to be either a little glitchy or overly sensitive. On more than one occasion I would get alerts saying the clip had come undone. I quickly looked in the rear view mirror and it was still engaged. On one occasion my son was even sleeping. Luckily, I could see the clip and knew I could keep driving. I would have been more frustrated had I needed to pull over only to find it was a false alarm. I do like the idea of all of the sensors: temperature, unbuckling, break needed and proximity from the car seat to your phone (in case you left a child in the car) but wish it was a little more reliable. I did find that the proximity sensor worked great. With my wife in the car, I ran back inside the house to grab my wallet after buckling my son in, and I immediately got an alert.&nbsp; Conclusion: I&rsquo;m thrilled to have this car seat as the last we will need for my son. When I received this car seat in the mail and took it out of the packaging I immediately loved the style, look, and feeling of it! For it being of usage for up to 10 years it was more lightweight than I expected it to be. The versatility this car seat has is unbelievable and never needing another one if buying in the beginning is incredible being my favorite part of having this car seat! Reading the manual was very clear and understandable step by step, and the installation of the car seat was trouble free. The ratchet system keeps it nice and tight with no movement which is awesome for car seat safety. The sensor safe bluetooth option is a nice little added touch and it was easy to download on my phone. It is something different and it stands out from other car seats, another plus! It it so easy to adjust the seat to be just right for him. The adjustment locations (tilt, headrest height, etc.) are clearly labeled. Although we only used the seat in its rear-facing setting, the instructions are simple to follow to transition into forward-facing position and eventually a booster seat. Once we had the seat correctly adjusted, we installed it into our car with ease. The latches were just as labeled: easy click! The ratchet system worked so slick to secure the seat so we didn&rsquo;t have to wrestle it into a secure position. After installation, it was time to go! The SensorSafe technology gave us peace of mind while son was in the car. It notified me not only to verify when the seatbelt was engaged and disengaged, but also provided warnings if the temperature was too hot or cold, or if he was left in the car. My one complaint about the car seat is that the placement of the strap to tighten the 5-point harness is slightly inconvenient for rear-facing seating (see photo). It takes a little extra elbow grease to make sure he is secure. Overall, this car seat is wonderful! The versatility is fantastic! It is such a relief to have one car seat that works from newborn up till they no longer need a car seat. That&rsquo;s my favorite thing about it! It is a great investment to make. It is lightweight and easy to transport, but also very sturdy. It has nice cushion and appears to be very comfortable for baby. The locking system seems quite secure. The sensor safe tech is a nice bonus, but not essential in my opinion. It is good to have reminders about temperature of the vehicle though! I would recommend this to anyone car seat shopping. The black lining is good because it does not show stains very much. I also really appreciate that it is machine washable! Long car rides require a lot of snacks which inevitably leads to big messages, so it is nice that you can take the liner off and wash it! It is very easy to get baby in and out of this car seat. I don&rsquo;t feel like I am hurting my back while doing it. I feel very comfortable and safe with my baby in this car seat. I feel like it would really protect them if an accident were to occur. I am incredibly happy with this car seat. I am looking forward to it assisting our family for the next 10 years!
