We’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now, and it’s become my go-to stroller for my 2-year old. It was so easy to put together-very minimal work and easy to understand instructions made set up a breeze. It rides so smoothly, whether I use it for walking or jogging. It handles well in different terrains-pavement, gravel or grass. The storage basket underneath is a good size and I love the multiple cup holder/storage spots. My son loves putting his water bottle and snacks on the tray in front of him as he rides. The sun shade is a nice size and does a good job at keeping the sun out of his eyes when we’re out. One of my favorite parts of this stroller is how easy it is to fold up. There are clear instructions on what to do, and it folds so smoothly and is really convenient to travel with. The ease of use and the overall look and feel of this stroller make it a no-brainer to have! I highly recommend this!
Date published: 2021-07-19

Rated 4 out of 5 by VictoryJoggingStroller from Victory Plus Compact-Fold Jogging Stroller [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been looking at jogging strollers so I was excited to be given this jogging stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The Victory Plus Jogging stroller was fairly easy to set up. The wheels do not come on the stroller from the box, so they have to be put on. Easy enough. I like the design of this stroller--and looks similar to other high-end strollers. One of my favorite features is the mesh sides for ventilation. Another great feature is how lightweight this stroller is. It looks like it would be MUCH heavier. The stroller is easy to maneuver and the little one seems to really enjoy riding in it :). I would say the only downside is that it is not would I would consider super compact when folded down. I have not had other jogging strollers to compare, but this one is not as compact as my other (standard) stroller. Overall, I am pleased with this stroller and would recommend to someone looking to purchase a jogging stroller.
Date published: 2021-07-19

Rated 4 out of 5 by Spalt from Great Size, Quality, and Value! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Victory Plus Compact-Fold Jogging Stroller is sleek and sturdy. The wheels are well made and can absorb the shock of bumps, rocks, and uneven pavement. The colors are simple, yet attractive. The quality of the fabric is decent (I’ve seen better and worse) and is easy to clean. The sides of the sunshade are mesh, so some sun comes through. I wish the sunshade was larger to provide more coverage. The parent and child console are both spacious and convenient. There is a lot of room for water, snacks, keys, phones, and toys. The basket is large and can fit an average-sized diaper bag, but not much more. The stroller seat is wide and there’s plenty of height on the top part, but the bottom part is short; my 17-month old’s legs are almost too long. The stroller is easy to maneuver as longs as you have it on the correct setting. Switching between the walking and jogging mode (locking and unlocking the front wheel) is simple and quick. The stroller rides smoothly and is easy to push. I am 5’1 and my husband is 5’10, and we both found the handle height comfortable even though it doesn’t adjust. My daughter loves riding in the stroller. She constantly asks to get in it and cries when we take her out. Folding the stroller is straightforward, but you need both hands to do it. Once folded, it’s easy to carry and is very light. The stroller stands on its own when folded, but only if the front wheel is locked. It takes up a good portion of the trunk of my Equinox, but there is still some room to squeeze in a few things (taking the back wheels off would save room). It’s hard to unlock the breaks if you’re not wearing the correct shoes. With sandals, I had to use my hands rather than my feet. The best feature of the stroller is that it’s lightweight without sacrificing quality. Most jogging strollers are heavy, clunky, and hard to carry. If you’re on the market for an affordable and portable stroller, this is a great option. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this jogging stroller!
Date published: 2021-07-19

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Wide, stable, and smooth [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're a pretty Evenflo-loyal family - our carseat, travel carseat, primary stroller, and baby bottles have all been Evenflo brand, and we've been really satisfied with them. So when the Stellar Product Testing Panel sent us an Evenflo Victory Plus compact-fold jogging stroller, I was pretty excited to try it out! And just like the rest of the Evenflo lineup of products we've used, it seems to be a good-quality, good-value product. Out of the box, setup couldn't have been easier - it took my husband a matter of minutes to have it put together and ready to roll. It's a wide, comfortable seat for my toddler daughter, with a familiar harness and ample leg room. The tray for both parent and baby is a good size, although as a matter of personal preference, I would have rather had the cupholder off to the side for my daughter rather than SMACK in the middle of the tray. The handle is at a good height for both my husband (who is 6'2") and me (5'4"), which is nice. The storage basket isn't gigantic, but doesn't really need to be either, and the canopy is large enough to provide a good deal of shade. We don't really off-road for walks or anything, but on level terrain, the stroller was smooth and easy to push. If I had to ding the stroller on anything, it's the size of the back wheels. My daughter is newly 2, but is VERY tall, so finding compact strollers has been a tricky proposition for us. If they fold down small, they're not very comfortable for her; if they fit her, they don't fold small. This one is fairly middle-of-the-road in that regard -- it folds down slim, and the folding mechanism is super simple, BUT the wheels are huge. Like, monstrously huge. And they're so wide-set that getting through a standard-size door requires being able to aim pretty accurately at the target space. In our case, I had to go through a door and make a sharp turn into our hallway -- and got stuck. I've used jogging strollers with narrower-set back wheels, and those felt flimsy (and I nearly toppled my daughter out of one once on a turn) so I'd rather they be too wide than too narrow...but this is almost swinging the pendulum too far the other direction. Still, though, for spaces where sharp turns through doorways or small halls aren't necessary (like 99.9% of all places where you'd take a jogging stroller...), this handles well and provides a stable, smooth ride. Overall: this stroller is a victory, to pardon the pun. We're a fan, and will be happily using it when our double stroller isn't necessary...and when we can navigate it out on the open road.
Date published: 2021-07-11

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amaritays83 from I LOVE this stroller [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I wasn't expecting too much, I mean a stroller is a stroller, right? Wrong! I love this stroller. It's super easy to maneuver, a breeze to fold and super compact. I've used another jogging stroller in the past, and this blows that one out of the water. My 1yo also enjoyed riding in it and fell asleep during our walk, so I'm sure it's comfy. The wheels always got stuck with my old stroller and it was SO frustrating. A kid in my arms and trying to push the stroller with the other hand was so difficult. This stroller has made my life so much easier! Easy to get moving, pretty lightweight at about 25 lbs and I like that there is breathability for the baby. Babies get so hot, winter or summer so that is very helpful. I like the sleek look and the large basket under for all the STUFF we seem to “need” whenever we leave the house. It definitely depends on what you want it for though. Pretty easy to maneuver given the space and my son seemed comfortable in it, so if you just want it for jogging on wide trails or the average sidewalk, then great. However its a large price tag(at least to me) for something that only is great for 1 thing. Its not a very good out and about stroller in my opinion. Cup holders are shallow. Large, takes up a big portion of my trunk so if you have a sedan or plan to store in a closet or small hallway you may not be able to fit it in there. It was pretty difficult to open in the sense that I couldn't easily do it while holding my son so not a 1 handed open and it banged into my shin each time which is not pleasant. Multiple steps to fold down, and I needed both hands to push the lock for the wheel to fold it properly. There isn't a very large storage basket, I couldn't fit my jujube diaper bag which is part of why I like to use a stroller, so I have less on me. Because of how big it is I couldn't use it in some places and because of all the steps to fold it back down it just wasn't worth it time wise to do it. Im a small person as well so it was kind of hard to carry around when folded.
