However, when so got the toy my son was about 2.5 years old and he lost interest in it pretty quickly. The only &quot;hang-up&quot; I had was that the stickers needed smoothing and aren't totally straight. They are a little off-center and had bubbles in them. BUT, my son does not care about that at all. He loves it. It had a button which lit up which was engaging and easy to turn pages. However, the packaging was very hard to open and upon further inspection there was no sound. I tried replacing the batteries and then there was very faint whispers coming from the speaker. There was absolutely no way a child, let alone anyone for that matter, would be able to hear this musical book.
