The toy is cute and it works to some degree to amuse her, but trying to chew on it frustrates her and she just throws it down. The shake and rattle part interested my 4 year old grandson. The perfect size for little fingers to hold. Perfect gift for a baby who teething. I was really disappointed when I cleaned the rattle off and it formed moisture inside where the beads are. I did not want to give it to the baby to play with it in case the water would leak back out since I used a small amount of soap on it.
