I didn&rsquo;t read the details before buying so for all I know it&rsquo;s in the description. It has two volume settings and I wish there was a quieter option. There are three sound options. Our daughter is now three and has become more aware of surroundings and does not like pitch darkness now. It's totally portable so can be used in various areas, but because of this only purely running on battery your going to need a good supply! It also has a range of timers, 15, 30 and 45 minutes. The size of it makes it very portable, I can take it with me if we are away for a night or if my child is staying with grandparents. The colours are calming and not too garish or in your face. The sound element is nice (not the most intuitive as I'm not sure there is an actually off button. You seem to have to change a setting and then not start the cycle of that sound/light). Which seems odd and I'm not sure why that basic functionality doesn't exist. Overall its a nice little device (although I'm really not keen on white noise!)
