Instead of car rides we have found another use--for diaper changing time! He is usually fussy while he is being changed, but when we give him the Soothe &amp; Go Succulent he calms down. He likes to turn the Succulent on and off and cycle through the sounds. I can also use it in her stroller or her pack and play if I&rsquo;m visiting family. Both of my children also like to play with it as a toy. It has some good soft music options unlike some other kinds of noise machines I&rsquo;ve tried and the volume is very easy to change to higher or lower depending on the level you need. The only negative I can say about the product is it is a little on the bulky side and I wish it was a little softer on the outside instead of being made of hard plastic. Overall it&rsquo;s a great product and I am so glad we were able to take it on our recent all day car trip! I like the variety of nature sounds and white sound. The timer is very helpful for naps and bedtime. I also like the soothing music options, they help when it's time calm down.
