Highly recommend!</span> <span itemprop="description">My son is 22 months and uses the Itzy Ritzy pacifiers, so I was worried this wouldn&rsquo;t work for us. However, it worked like a charm! He was a little bit confused at first looking for his regular binkies, but then he accepted step 1. We did each step for two days. I gave him all of the steps in his crib since he would usually have three pacifiers with him. Then when it was time to go to the next step I would just take the last one out of the crib and let him discover the next one. The shape of the plastic surrounding the dummy Is huge and literally blocks my daughters nostrils.
