When I purchased it through the website, it said to expect up to 2 weeks for it to arrive. It was delivered 3 days later. Installation was quick and easy and only took a couple of minutes. I love the level indicator on the side so I can be sure that the seat is in the right position. I've only used it once, but adjusting the straps was very easy.
