Thanks for reaching out! We have no lway of knowing the manufacture date for orders placed online. The only way to ensure a newer date is to purchase in store, where the is a whte sticker located on the outside of the box with model number and manufacture date. We hope this helps! Graco Team

We don't recommend using this model outside of Canada since all of our products are country specific, made with each country's safety rules and regulations in mind. Our Car Seats are tested across multiple seating positions using multiple modes of installation. We cannot guarantee Graco car seats will fit in every vehicle, but extensive studies are conducted with the existing vehicle fleet to maximize Fit to Vehicle. Thank you for reaching out to Graco Baby! When installing the 4Ever car seat forward facing, you want to make sure that the LATCH Straps are fed through the correct belt pathway. This pathway is indicated by an orange sticker. You can also find this information on page 45 of the user's manual. I hope this helps!

Thank you for reaching out to Graco Baby! The 4Ever All in One in color Chelsea does not come with the infant inserts like the colors Drew and Reagan. This car seat only comes with the padding pictured. I hope this helps!
