Spacious bassinet and the base isnt much wider so it fits in a compact space - decent price - aesthetically pleasing - mesh siding for breathability - able to move it room to room with ease, - convenient light feature - baby slept well in it - good height (we are tall so it worked for being at a good height with the bed / tall enough that it didnt hurt our backs when putting her down). However, couple of downsides: - the mattress cover is not removable and is spot clean only. - The sound feature is loud. It does have a couple levels, but honestly I think its still too loud so I didnt really use it. LOVED the light feature though! Super helpful to check on baby in the middle of the night without waking her. - 15 lbs weight limit. Although this is fairly common, my baby hit 15 lbs by 8 weeks so we had to transition her out way too soon. I wish this went up to 20 lbs like some other bassinets Overall, I'd still recommend for the price and the mesh siding. It was very important to me to have a safe/sturdy bassinet that had mesh siding for safety / ability to see in without sitting up. I love the detachable light/music. Only thing it&rsquo;s missing is foldable option which I knew before purchasing. I chose to forfeit that option as the other benefits were worth it. What is good for me may not work for someone else and vice versa. I figure I take a chance and I am glad I did. No where on the box does it state that the bottom of the bassinet is a mattress. It is simply the bottom layer to place a mattress pad. Think of a crib. A crib has board and you buy a mattress. It&rsquo;s the same. With that in mind and the price, you cannot go wrong! The colours are neutral. It has a mesh all the way around which is a must when you have a new baby. It is breathable and allows me to view my little one. The storage at the bottom is great and the wheels are a bonus. If the baby falls asleep you can easily wheel into the next room. The nature sounds are ocean like and soothing for baby. Great features include a night light and canopy. I am very happy with my purchase!
