<span itemprop="description">Received this as a shower gift from my registry. Guest bought it in store so no order number. It tore within weeks of use. Bad quality item and even worse customer service. I asked if I could do a simple exchange, even though the quality is poor I understand I cannot return. I was told by Max (online customer service) that there is nothing that can be done. Poor quality item, terrible customer service.
Do NOT shop at this chain, do not buy this item. There are many other stores that offer actual quality items, better prices and staff that know how to treat clients.</span>
