Our baby spit up on the pillow and we went to wash the cover only to discover that there is not a pillow inside the cover, it is just filled with cotton, and the cover is very thin with no waterproof liner. Completely false advertising. I contacted Toys R Us, and they refunded our money, however, I would not recommend this pillow to anyone as you cannot wash it without removing all of the cotton and putting it back in.
