It&rsquo;s a bit more like an ointment when initially dispensed, but it melts as you work it before applying. I don&rsquo;t think I would have continued breastfeeding without this. It&rsquo;s also great that it doesn&rsquo;t need to be washed off before feeds, one less thing to worry about!
