<span itemprop="description">Frein de la poussette qui casse au bout de 7 semaines d’utilisation. SAV incompétent puisque la seule proposition faite revient à me laisser sans poussette pendant la réparation de minimum 3 semaines entre l’envoi réparation et retour. Or je ne peux pas rester sans poussette avec un bébé de 2 mois et demi. Plusieurs SAV demandés par l’intermédiaire de magasins revendeurs pour essayer d’avoir une poussette de prêt mais maxi cosi refuse de prendre en charge le problème. Sachant que le magasin où j’ai acheté la poussette a définitivement fermé ses portes je ne peux passer par ce dernier pour gérer le SAV avec poussette de prêt. Bref pour le standing et le prix de la poussette il est inadmissible de laisser le client sans alternative surtout quand le client s’avère être une maman avec un bébé en bas âge, manque d’empathie total… inadmissible</span>

Un peu plus d'explication sur la façon dont il faut remettre le matelas (lavable) après l'avoir retirer serait bien. Ne pas hésiter à prendre en photo la position des sangles avant de le retirer.</span>
