<span itemprop="name">Breastfed baby has difficulty using this product</span>
<span itemprop="description">This product is apparently great for breastfeeding babies. Tried this with my second son 5 years ago and he just couldn’t figure it out so we opted for Avent. Now with my newborn I have tried Calma and even though she can get a few sips out of it she definitely drinks a lot more successfully from regular nipples so again we are going back to Avent. I love medela, I use the pump in style which has worked great for me. Just this nipple is a fail.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Baby hated this. Tried several times and she kept crying and getting frustrated... It did the reverse effect and made baby have an even harder time latching to the breast after. Como tomo worked much much better using pace feeding.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My baby was getting nipple confusion because we have to supplement, and would often refuse to breastfeed because normal bottle nipples make it so easy to get lots quickly. These nipples are a game changer! They make her work for it, just like with nursing. More people should know about these!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We tried this since we were starting to introduce bottle feeding after having exclusively breastfed. My baby hated the nipple and continuously used her gag reflex as she thought she was choking. We switched to the avent bottles (since there was not much selection with medela) and my baby loved them!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Unfortunately the flow is way too fast and our baby chokes when we try to use it. The parent has no control over the flow. We definitely won't be using it ever again as it is unsafe.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My baby was using the Avent bottles before and wasn't taking them well. We tried this a she hated it even more. The shape is very different and the baby needs to really suck to get anything out. The design is interesting but too different for my baby. This might be better if we started with it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This product came with my pump so I did not buy it on its own. No nipple confusion in my little one, though maybe she just does not have a problem with that. Its great for fresh mil when daddy would help at night time feeds during the first few weeks. Its a little more difficult for refrigerated milk, as the milk does not come out, so you can't test if its warm enough without opening the bottle. If the baby does not seem to have nipple confusion (uses a pacifier, etc) I would get another bottle with a regular nipple for outings or where milk has to be heated.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We wanted something to encourage the baby to suck and be more like breastfeeding and this nipple did it. It was so great we are buying two more for our new baby on the way. We boiled it every weekend to keep it sanitized like any other bottle nipple and and it lasted until our son was off breast milk. Would suggest to anyone.</span>
