There are two main issues as to why I would strongly recommend against this monitor. First, the basic features of the monitor (video) does not work well and constantly has connectivity issues (it is not an internet issue). It is unreliable and causes stress when it doesn't work, which is often. Secondly, they recently changed to a subscription model that is expensive and not worth it. They originally sold an expensive monitor with the promise of monitoring breathing, and then changed it to an expensive subscription, removing all of the features you were promised unless you are willing to pay the high subscription costs. This monitor is no better than a cheap monitor on Amazon. Beware. Pay per month</span> <span itemprop="description">Prior to the buy out the camera was great. You obviously Pau a premium to get the live breathing, video recording, sleep analytics and more. In the spring/early summer this year, they had a firmware update that excentially bricked all their existing units. After this the company was bought out. Now they want you to pay $10per month to use those same featured you paid a premium for. You get none of the features without the subscription.
