We threw away our receipt or they would have been returned. The issue is and this could just be the box we bought was defective or something but you cannot start the bag. The edge for how you start a new roll is tuck in towards the bottom and you have to pull out almost the entire roll of bags to get them. The brand name ones that came with our diaper genie were far more easy to use. While everything else about these bags are fine, the hassle to get them started is not worth the savings over the brand name ones.
