The dream dream, weight and stupid proof install is what has made this our fav baby item and my Mom was thrilled with our choice for Grandma time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">A previous reviewer commented about being disppointed the base did not have a leg. Having done a lot of research I thought I could share this from the manufacturer: "In Canada the PIPA and PIPA lite bases do not have a stability leg/ load leg. The PIPA models went through rigorous Canadian compliance testing and changes had to be made to the units for them to comply to CMVSS 213, 213.1."</span>
