VersatilityWith the Duette Piroet, 2 children can travel in comfort and style -- however they please. The adjustable seats included with the Piroet can be configured to face the parent, the world or each other. The chassis also accepts 2 Primo Viaggio infant car seats, without the need for adapters. In the event parent would like to travel with 2 Pop-Up Bassinets, an adapter is available (sold as an accessory) to allow both bassinets to fit on the chassis. The Duette Piroet is equipped with 2 front swivel wheels and a single handle that helps maneuver the in-line double through tight spaces. Each wheel is made of polyurethane with tread and contains ball bearings and suspension, which allow for 360 degree agility and less effort in pushing. A centrally controlled braking system located on the rear wheels makes stopping and parking easy.All the ExtrasEach seat included with the Duette Piroet contains a large, adjustable hood with a mesh ventilation system. The footrests of the seats can be adjusted and the backrests can recline to suit the comfort level of each child. An extra large basket is available to store all of the necessities for 2 children, plus parents.

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this stroller for my grandchildren, a newborn and a 3 year old. Toddler weighs 33 lbs and he was way to big for stroller even tho the add specifies up to 45 lbs. His head hit the canopy over his seat and his legs hung 6 inches below foot rest and he is not a tall toddler. I thought stroller would be easier to put in car than it was but the seats have to be removed to fold frame and frame is heavier than I expected. The stroller did not suit my needs but it is beautiful, sturdy stroller that was so easy to push and maneuver that would be perfect for twins maybe up to 25 lbs without being crowded.</span>

Our second son was born and since we now have a 17 month old a 6 week old, we wanted to keep a PegPerego system so we could put our current baby's car seat on. For the size it's pretty light and pretty convenient and easily fits in the back of the SUV. PegPerego has great customer service!</span>

Hello, It would be very difficult to get this on the bus. Not so much the weight, you can get the front on and then lift the back. the problem will be the length of it. It would be difficult to get the stroller up and to turn down the center aisle. It may very well be possible though. Oh and I assume the child on the front does not weight much. It is difficult to put a child on the front of it and lift them into the air with the handle bar at the rear. Hope this helps.
