She is then screaming in the middle of the night because she has the toy but the pacifier is no longer attached. Disappointing. Unfortunately the pacifier ( the one it came with, as well as the other Phillips Avent pacifiers we have) slides out of the holder very easily, defeating the purpose of the stuffy.
