<span itemprop="description">I bought it for my newborn son merely because it had springs on and I expected it to move more smoothly with fewer shakes. But the dampers are just for decoration and I decided to return it after a couple of rides so I contacted the store and they refused to take it back because it was opened and used !!!! So unreasonable!!!! How can I know about the quality without using it. My order was on-line and I'm trying to return it the same way.</span>
