<span itemprop="description">It's great at keeping little ones out of cabinets. But it also keeps adults out! They are nearly impossible to open once closed. The latching mechanism is not smooth at all. I've broken countless nails trying to get those things open (and my nails aren't that long). I ended up having to buy another kind of lock, because I found myself not putting this lock everytime, in case I needed to go back into the cabinet. Which defeats the purpose of having it at all!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This cabinet lock doesnt close tight enough for our cabinet handles. Took my 18 month old less than a minute to figre out how to get it off. Tried at my mothers house on her cabinets, they fit much better but were difficult for her to open to get in herself.</span>

Our very nosy 18 mo old has been digging through them for a month or two and I finally found something that isnt bright white and blends nicely with our dark cherry cabinets. The locks have stopped her in her tracks. She is very curious about it, touches it and then moves on! Plus no screws or hardware to work with. I highly recommend these.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As a mother of 3 I know how busy little ones can be. This is a must have on your baby list. You should make sure you have this on your baby shower list. The only issue I had with these is that if you have painted nobs the paint will come off over time(it was about 2 years for us). Overall I would say get these for your house!</span>
