Today we were in a high impact collision from behind. The person who hit us was in a 40 ton loaded dump truck. The straps don&rsquo;t tighten evenly, so one side will be very loose and the other side will be very tight. The strap to pull to tighten constantly gets jammed. The only way to fix it is to take the car seat entirely out of the car, flip it over and fix the strap. The straps are always somehow getting twisted. It&rsquo;s impossible to get the car seat completely fastened and tightened to the car. I really wanted to like this car seat.
