<span itemprop="description">When the loops are on the knobs tight, like they have to be, and the base is pressed right up against the doors its nearly impossible to press in at the bottom and the center to unlock it.... Ive just left 1 side not as tight and take it off the one handle rather than trying to fight with it... lol.. other than that it keeps the dog and kid out, but next time Id get something different...</span>
