When the Sanibel crib is converted to full size bed, it can hold up to 400 pounds of weight.

Hi, For the crib, the mattress should be a standard full-size, at least 27 1/4&quot; x 51 5/8&quot; with a thickness not exceeding 6&quot;. When converted to a bed, the mattress should be a Full Size Mattress (not a Twin Size).
